Questions about a pet

Contact the rescue or shelter shown on the pet’s listing to confirm availability, ask about fees or eligibility, and learn how to apply. We do not manage adoptions or make adoption decisions.

No pets showing nearby?

Check your search area, try a wider distance, and remove filters. Coverage depends on organizations sharing listings through RescueGroups.org. You can enter a ZIP code without granting device location access.

Listings, saved pets, and updates

Listings can change or become unavailable. Saved information may be older when you are offline. Background updates and notifications depend on iOS scheduling and your settings; they are not real-time availability alerts.

Photo widget

Open the app and load Discover before adding the widget. Its photos come from information prepared by the app, and refresh timing is managed by iOS.

Reporting a problem

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and your app and iOS versions. You can also use Send Feedback in the app. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information; remove private details from screenshots before sharing them. TestFlight testers can send feedback through TestFlight.
