Service terms

Chance Solutions LLC provides Adopt Local Pets to help people discover adoptable pets and connect with rescues and shelters. These terms describe use of our listing service and its external features.

Listings and adoption

Organizations provide listings through RescueGroups.org. Coverage, availability, descriptions, fees, and eligibility may change. Confirm details directly with the organization before acting. We do not manage applications, arrange adoptions, make adoption decisions, or provide veterinary advice. A listing is not a guarantee of an animal’s availability, health, behavior, or suitability.

External services

Rescue websites, applications, maps, media, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. YouTube videos open outside the app. Your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

App license and responsible use

Apple’s standard end-user license agreement applies to the App Store app unless a separate license is provided. These service terms do not replace that license. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, disrupt its operation, or infringe others’ rights. Listing content remains subject to the rights of its owners.

Privacy, changes, and support

Read the app privacy policy and website privacy notice. Analytics and crash reporting are enabled automatically and described in the app privacy policy. There are no in-app opt-out controls for analytics or crash reporting. Advertising privacy choices are described separately in the app privacy policy. Features and provider coverage can change, and service interruptions may occur. We will post revised terms here and provide additional notice where required.
